Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as 12:30am on the day your delivery is expected.

We use Royal Mail for all of our delivery services,

if you would like to pick up your parcel rather than having it delivered to your home address then please select Local Collect at checkout.

Leave a note if you have a specific Post Office you would like to collect from, otherwise we will select the nearest one to your shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email with all of the collection details when your parcel is dispatched.

All orders (subject to our returns policy) can be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase, excluding electrical items, which can be returned up to 14 days.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on chastity cages, lingerie and toys if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
